In order to confirm your reservation you must make a deposit of
20% of the total cost of your booking.
Payment should be made via bank transfer.
This must be notified to us via e-mail. Cancellation up to 14 days
in advance will result in a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellation less than 14 days in advance will result in loss of
your deposit.
Rooms will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival. You may
drop bags prior to this time by arrangement.
Rooms must be vacated by 12 midday on day of departure.
We are an ecological hotel and in order to minimize environmental
impact will normally not change linen for stays of 3 days or less.
Stays for periods of longer than 3 days will normally have linen
changes every 4th day.
We can change linen more frequently upon request but there will be
a small supplementary charge.
Guests are not permitted to smoke within the rooms but may
utilize the terrace area and other communal external areas.
No, we are about 3 km from the nearest town (Valderrobres). There is no public transport between the hotel
and the town. Valderrobres is accessible by bus (Hife) from Barcelona but you will have to change bus either in
Tortosa or in Gandesa. Buses run only once a day. There is a bus to other local towns but this is only generally
available twice a day (i.e. there and back)
Technically yes, there is one local taxi driver, but he is generally only available for longer journeys and must be
booked in advance (24 hours).
In order to fully appreciate the local area and travel locally you will really need a car or a motorcycle unless you
are a very keen cyclist. Cycles can be rented locally. Cars are not available to rent in the local area. The nearest
car rental office is in Alcaniz, approx 40 kilometres.
We are happy to provide a cot and supplementary beds. The rooms are of a decent size and there is a
separate seating / relaxing area as well as a terrace. There is sufficient space for a supplementary bed or cot.
We do not have a fixed telephone line. Our mobile coverage is fairly good although some operators are less
reliable than others.
Wi-fi is available throughout the hotel and grounds.
We are located 3 kilometres from the nearest village / town but the road is a good country track and is
perfectly suitable for an ordinary vehicle although low sports vehicles may have to drive very slowly.
In a vehicle the village is no more than 5 / 10 minutes drive
We only provide one fixed menu per evening so please advise us in advance if you have any particular allergies
or dietary requirements.
You are connected to mains electricity but you will need a standard two pin European plug for
any electrical items.

How to get to us from
From the airport head towards Zaragoza city and follow the N232 signs to Castellon and Alcaniz. From Alcaniz
continue on the N232 until you see the signpost for Valderrobres A231.
When you arrive in Valderrobres you should pass through the town and cross the iron bridge and
follow the road to the roundabout. Take the first exit signposted Beceite.
We are about 3 kilometres along this road on the left.
From the airport turn left and pick up the T11 heading for Falset/ Gandesa which becomes the N420.
After Gandesa follow the same N420 to Calaceite and then turn left in Calaceite towards Cretas and
Valderrobres. Before you enter Valderrobres you will encounter a roundabout where you take the 3rd
exit left signposted Beceite. We are about 3 kilometres along this road on the left.
From the airport follow signs to Tarragona and then the T11 to Reus and then follow the Reus details
as above.
